A dedicated lettings team member will guide you through the application process from application to move in and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

All of our tenant credit checks are carried out by a professional third party referencing company whom we have worked with for years. When you open the referencing link, you will be asked to fill out a form with your basic details. You will also be asked to provide documents to provide proof of current residency, proof of address, etc.

Once your referencing has been completed and the landlord has accepted your application, you will need to pay the rest of the upfront costs for the property (the remainder of the first month’s rent and deposit). At this point, we will be able to book a move in date for you and organise the relevant paperwork. Each property will undergo the 20 point Covid checklist prior to move in date.

All holding deposits are non-refundable in the case of failed referencing or tenant withdrawal. If the Landlord withdraws the property after the holding fee has been taken, the holding fee will be refunded to the applicant in full.
